Business Traveler
Really a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful, the room well appointed, and little things were a pleasant surprise (24 hour restaurant, free car service within 2 miles).

Traveling as Couple
For the most part, was pleased. Room, bed and bathroom were great. Actually, the bathroom was exceptional - least hotel like bathroom ever, very nice. However, for a 4 star hotel, was extremely disappointed in a couple of areas, especially the restaurant service. We went to the restaurant for breakfast where the server recommended the breakfast buffet $21 a person that included pancakes, omelets, fresh pastries, etc. Selected this option for the pancakes. Major mistake - they were hard as a rock. My plate was completely untouched; however, the server never inquired as to how the meal was, whether we were pleased, etc. It was not overly busy during the time we were dining, so personal attention from server was not an unrealistic expectation. Went back for fresh pastries - also hard as a rock. The only thing that redeemed breakfast was the omelet station. Chef was friendly and omelet was excellent. At a 4 star hotel expected exceptional service and concern about whether or not my meal was satisfactory. Was extremely surprised at the quality or lack thereof of the bathroom linens. The towels felt like they had been boiled in lye - super rough. Again, expected more from a 4 star hotel. I honestly felt like royalty. My husband had a hard time getting me out the door! The chandelier was exquisite!

Family with Teens
Rooms were standard and no better than a Marriott but the bathroom was nice and there were a lot of on site restaurants and valet team were great. Also the complimentary car service and 24 hour room service as well as food quality was awesome. ...read more

Enjoyed our stay. Only complaints were as above. No free Wi-Fi in rooms. There were four ladies in our room...two queens would have been nice (instead of doubles)...apparently they don't have that option at this location. ...read more
